This course is designed to educate young adults on the history, structure, and processes of our American government as well as prepare knowledgeable and proactive citizens.

Within this course, students will not only learn about historical events, places, and people, they will also learn how “history” has and continues to influence our world today.  This course will look at the past through the lens of today’s world and explore impact of political/military, environmental, religious, artistic, technological, economic, and social changes (P.I.R.A.T.E.S.) throughout world history.
